FORMATION STAGES OF SERVICE SPECIALIST’S COMMUNICATIVE SKILLS

The article describes a structure of communicative skills including as follows: dialogue and speech, information and technological, audio-contact, analystadministrative, estimated and reflective. The authors also consider the stages of formation of communicative skills of service sector specialists: motivational and target, cognitive activity, professional activity, estimated and reflective. The work adduces the results of formation of communicative skills obtained in the course of a criterion- diagnostic assessment.
